Breathing The Oceans Alive
With Eleanor O’Hanlon
“As the whales and dolphins surround us with the potent field of their collective presence, we feel the intense beauty of their being and become vividly aware of their dynamic power to regenerate life and circulate fresh energies through the sea”.
In April and May, the blue whales, fin whales, sei whales and humpbacks arrive off the coast of the Azores on their spring migrations, and join resident sperm whale families and four species of dolphins.
The waters fill with their breathing, breaching, diving and feeding. It is one of the most diverse and abundant gatherings of whales and dolphins to be found anywhere on earth.
Join us as we bring in Eleanor O’Hanlon, live from the Azores, to explore how these wonderful creatures are breathing and weaving the oceans alive. We are celebrating Beltane with this online offering in gratitude to the whales, dolphins and other denizens of the sea, who live alongside us, are intimately connected with us and help keep the planet liveable for all.
