An Invitation

Join us as we transport ourselves to the realm of the magician using the direction, the energies and the technologies of air.

In this short but deep immersion we will be working with the breath, with stance and trance-states, with intention-setting and prayer-making and with conscious alignment and attention to the flows, cycles and signs of the natural world.

The goal of our time together is to shift our consciousness and everyday presence in the world, to become more connected and congruent with nature’s creative force, and more able to experience and work with its synchronicity, resonance and magic.

This retreat is deeply experiential and will offer practices that can be used to underpin a lifelong exploration into this realm.

Some experience of breathwork is useful but not necessary.

Colin Campbell

Your Guides

The lead guides of this  immersion are Colin Campbell and Rachel Fleming.

Colin works with the wisdom traditions of South Africa, specifically those that are based on our relationships with the ancestors and spirits of nature. He looks at where these ancient indigenous practices collide and coalesce with the knowledge and belief systems of the west.
Rachel Fleming

Rachel Fleming has worked with animist education for many years, designing and delivering educational programmes for Schumacher College, University of Wales Trinity St Davids and Embercombe, with a focus on the meeting place between human, spirit and nature, between ‘ecology’ and ‘spirituality’. She is co-founder and curator of the Contemporary Animism programmes and loves to convene conversations that explore the deepest depths of why we are here, the ways we find belonging to the world and how to be in service to soul. She is committed to scholarship, word magic, creative imagination and the medicine of circles.

Andrew McAulay Kadoorie Farm

Andrew is a ‘Breath of Bliss’ facilitator (www.breathbliss.com) and leads breathwork ceremonies as part of the holistic education programme of Kadoorie Farm in Hong Kong. He has taught meditation for many years and has published two books of poetry.
